These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal name not set], which operates Prachar. By using Prachar you agree to them.

Your account and businesses

You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to your businesses. The owner of a business controls who can access it.

Your content

You own the content you create in Prachar. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, including sending it to the platforms you connect when you schedule or publish.

AI drafts

Prachar’s AI writes drafts. Check every draft before it goes out — especially prices, offers, dates and claims. You are responsible for what you publish.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Prachar to post anything illegal, misleading, hateful, or that infringes others’ rights, or to send spam or unsolicited messages. Follow the rules of each platform you connect.

Plans and payments

Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are in Indian rupees, plus GST. If a plan lapses, you keep read access to your data; publishing and AI pause until you renew.

Service

We work to keep Prachar available but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Connected platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) can change or limit their services, which can affect features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
